H3-4 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein H3.4 histone, cluster member, which is encoded by the H3-4 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is an important component of nucleosome. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 136 residues, a mass of 15.5 kDa, and is a member of the Histone H3 protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and chromosomes and is reported to be expressed in testicular cells. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated, acetylated and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include H3/g, H3C16, H3FT, H3t, HIST3H3, histone H3.1t, H3 clustered histone 16, and H3.4.
There are H3-4 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 78.1 pg/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
