RBP7 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein retinol binding protein 7, which is encoded by the RBP7 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be an intracellular transport of retinol. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 134 residues, a mass of 15.5 kDa, and is a member of the Fatty-acid binding protein (FABP) protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm and is notably expressed in kidney, heart and transverse colon. Other alias names for this target include cellular retinoic acid-binding protein 4, cellular retinoic acid-binding protein IV, cellular retinol binding protein 7, putative cellular retinol-binding protein CRBP IV, and retinoid-binding protein 7.
Some RBP7 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
