SRCAP ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein Snf2 related CREBBP activator protein, which is encoded by the SRCAP gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a catalytic component of the SRCAP complex which mediates the ATP-dependent exchange of histone H2AZ/H2B dimers for nucleosomal H2A/H2B, leading to transcriptional regulation of selected genes by chromatin remodeling. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 3230 residues, a mass of 343.6 kDa, and is a member of the SNF2/RAD54 helicase protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. The SRCAP gene has been associated with the disease, Floating-Harbor syndrome. Other alias names for this target include DOMO1, EAF1, FLHS, SWR1, helicase SRCAP, and DEHMBA.
The detection range for different SRCAP ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
