BCS1L ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein BCS1 homolog, ubiquinol-cytochrome c reductase complex chaperone, which is encoded by the BCS1L gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 419 residues, a mass of 47.5 kDa, and is a member of the AAA ATPase protein family. It is known to be localized in the mitochondria and is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. The BCS1L gene has been associated with the disease, GRACILE syndrome. Other alias names for this target include BCS1, BJS, FLNMS, GRACILE, Hs.6719, MC3DN1, PTD, and BCS.
Some BCS1L ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 3 ng/L and as high as 400 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
