PSMD6 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein proteasome 26S subunit, non-ATPase 6, which is encoded by the PSMD6 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known component of the 26S proteasome, a multiprotein complex involved in the ATP-dependent degradation of ubiquitinated proteins. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 389 residues, a mass of 45.5 kDa, and is a member of the Proteasome subunit S10 protein family. As many as 4 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include S10, SGA-113M, p42A, p44S10, 26S proteasome non-ATPase regulatory subunit 6, and Rpn7.
Some PSMD6 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.313 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
