These Dtk ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of Dtk in biological samples. Dtk is an alias of the human TYRO3 gene, which encodes the protein, TYRO3 protein tyrosine kinase. Notably, Dtk is known to play a role in the apoptotic pathway and cell adhesion, among other functions. The TYRO3 protein is described to be 890 amino acid residues in length and 96.9 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is notably expressed in the brain and lower levels in other tissues. This protein is known to be phosphorylated and glycosylated. Other names for this target antigen include BYK and Etk-2.
The detection range for different Dtk ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 40 pg/mL and as high as 100 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
