NRG2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein neuregulin 2, which is encoded by the NRG2 gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 850 residues, a mass of 91.7 kDa, and is a member of the Neuregulin protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane. As many as 8 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated and cleaved.
