SELENOV ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein selenoprotein V, which is encoded by the SELENOV gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is suspected to be involved in a redox-related process. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 346 residues, a mass of 36.8 kDa, and is a member of the SelWTH protein family. It is reported to have testis-specific expression. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated.
Some SELENOV ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
