ETFRF1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein electron transfer flavoprotein regulatory factor 1, which is encoded by the ETFRF1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to act as a regulator of the electron transfer flavoprotein by promoting the removal of flavin from the ETF holoenzyme (composed of ETFA and ETFB). The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 90 residues, a mass of 10.9 kDa, and is a member of the Complex I LYR protein family. It is known to be localized in the mitochondria. Other alias names for this target include LYR motif containing 5 and LYR motif-containing protein 5.
There are ETFRF1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
