PWP2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein PWP2 small subunit processome component, which is encoded by the PWP2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be a part of the small subunit (SSU) processome, first precursor of the small eukaryotic ribosomal subunit. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 919 residues, a mass of 102.5 kDa, and is a member of the WD repeat PWP2 protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. Other alias names for this target include PWP2H, UTP1, periodic tryptophan protein 2 homolog, PWP2 periodic tryptophan protein homolog, PWP2, UTPB SSU processome subunit, and EHOC-17.
Some PWP2 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
