ZKSCAN1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein zinc finger with KRAB and SCAN domains 1, which is encoded by the ZKSCAN1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 563 residues, a mass of 63.6 kDa, and is a member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. Other alias names for this target include PHZ-37, ZNF139, ZNF36, ZSCAN33, zinc finger protein with KRAB and SCAN domains 1, and KOX18.
Some ZKSCAN1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.313 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
