RRAS ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein RAS related, which is encoded by the RRAS gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to regulate the organization of the actin cytoskeleton. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 218 residues, a mass of 23.5 kDa, and is a member of the Ras protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally palmitoylated. Other alias names for this target include ras-related protein R-Ras, oncogene RRAS, p23, ras family small GTP binding protein R-Ras, related RAS viral (r-ras) oncogene homolog, and RRAS1.
Some rras ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 78 pg/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
