SYDE1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein synapse defective Rho GTPase homolog 1, which is encoded by the SYDE1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be a GTPase activator for the Rho-type GTPases. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 735 residues and a mass of 79.8 kDa. It is reported to be expressed in trophoblast cells of placental villi. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally palmitoylated. Other alias names for this target include protein syd-1 homolog 1, synapse defective 1, Rho GTPase, homolog 1, synapse defective protein 1 homolog 1, and rho GTPase-activating protein SYDE1.
There are SYDE1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
