RANGAP1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein Ran GTPase activating protein 1, which is encoded by the RANGAP1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be a GTPase activator for RAN. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 587 residues, a mass of 63.5 kDa, and is a member of the RNA1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is reported to be highly expressed in the brain, thymus and testis. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally sumoylated and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include RANGAP, SD, segregation distorter homolog, and Fug1.
The detection range for different RANGAP1 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 78 pg/mL and as high as 5000 pg/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
