The ELISA kits listed below target KRAS, the symbol for the human gene, KRAS proto-oncogene, GTPase, and a member of the Small GTPase superfamily, Ras family. The protein encoded by KRAS has a predicted amino acid length of 189, a mass of 21.7 kDa, and a cytoplasmic and membrane subcellular localization. There are currently 2 reported isoforms. Pathologic involvement is reported in Leukemia, acute myelogenous. KRAS may also be known by the following names: c-Ki-ras, PR310 c-K-ras oncogene, Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene homolog, K-ras p21 protein, K-Ras 2, and GTPase KRas, and cellular c-Ki-ras2 proto-oncogene. Orthologs of the gene, including human, mouse, rat, bovine, plant, and other mammalian are available targets of several ELISA kits.
