EGLN3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein egl-9 family hypoxia inducible factor 3, which is encoded by the EGLN3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a prolyl hydroxylase that mediates hydroxylation of proline residues in target proteins, such as PKM, TELO2, ATF4 and HIF1A. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 239 residues and a mass of 27.3 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is found to be widely expressed at low levels. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated. Other alias names for this target include HIF-PH3, HIF-prolyl hydroxylase 3, HPH-1, HPH-3, hypoxia-inducible factor prolyl hydroxylase 3, and prolyl hydroxylase EGLN3.
There are EGLN3 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
