The ELISA kits listed below target IFNAR2, the symbol for the human gene, interferon alpha and beta receptor subunit 2, and a member of the Type II cytokine receptor family. The protein encoded by IFNAR2 has a predicted amino acid length of 515, a mass of 57.8 kDa, and a membrane and secreted subcellular localization. There are currently 3 reported isoforms, as well as sites of glycosylation. Pathologic involvement is reported in Immunodeficiency 45. IFNAR2 may also be known by the following names: interferon receptor, interferon alpha binding protein, human interferon alpha/beta receptor, IFN-alpha/beta receptor 2, IFN-R-2, and interferon alpha/beta receptor 2, and type I interferon receptor 2. Orthologs of the gene, including human, mouse, rat, bovine, chicken, guinea pig, plant, and other mammalian are available targets of several ELISA kits.
