F7 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein coagulation factor VII, which is encoded by the F7 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in the regulation of cell migration. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 466 residues, a mass of 51.6 kDa, and is a member of the Peptidase S1 protein family. It is known to be secreted and is notably expressed in plasma. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally N-glycosylated. The F7 gene has been associated with the disease, Factor VII deficiency. Other alias names for this target include FVII coagulation protein, coagulation factor VII (serum prothrombin conversion accelerator), eptacog alfa, proconvertin, and SPCA.
Some F7 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 3.12 pg/mL and as high as 1000 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
