PTGER2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein prostaglandin E receptor 2, which is encoded by the PTGER2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known receptor for prostaglandin E2 (PGE2). The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 358 residues, a mass of 39.8 kDa, and is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include prostaglandin E2 receptor EP2 subtype, PGE receptor EP2 subtype, PGE2 receptor EP2 subtype, prostaglandin E receptor 2 (subtype EP2), 53kD, and EP2.
There are PTGER2 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 7.8 pg/mL and as high as 25 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
