UBE2I ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ubiquitin conjugating enzyme E2 I, which is encoded by the UBE2I gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in cell division and the regulation of transcription. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 158 residues, a mass of 18 kDa, and is a member of the Ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is found to be expressed in heart, skeletal muscle, pancreas, kidney, liver, lung, placenta and brain. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally sumoylated and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include P18, UBC9, SUMO-conjugating enzyme UBC9, RING-type E3 SUMO transferase UBC9, SUMO-1-protein ligase, and C358B7.1.
Some UBE2I ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.15 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
