PLPP3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein phospholipid phosphatase 3, which is encoded by the PLPP3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in Bergmann glial cell differentiation and blood vessel development. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 311 residues, a mass of 35.1 kDa, and is a member of the PA-phosphatase related phosphoesterase protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally N-glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include LPP3, PAP2B, PPAP2B, VCIP, PAP2 beta, and Dri42.
Some PLPP3 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
