heat shock protein B2 ELISA Kits

There are a number of ELISA Kits available for the measurement of heat shock protein B2, another term for the human protein, heat shock protein family B (small) member 2. Other synonyms may include: heat shock protein beta-2, DMPK-binding protein, heat shock 27kDa protein 2, heat-shock protein beta-2, Hs.78846, LOH11CR1K, and MKBP. It is encoded by the HSPB2 gene to yield a protein 182 amino acids in length and 20.2 kDa in size. The protein is categorized into the Small heat shock protein (HSP20) family. Versions of heat shock protein B2 are present in other organisms, including: Mouse, Rat.

  • Limited Performance Observed with Rabbit Polyclonal Unc93a Antibody

We created a construct for the overexpression of UNC93A and transiently transfected it into HEK293T cells. The FLAG-tagged UNC93A protein was easily detected with an anti-FLAG antibody. However, we were unable to identify a corresponding band using the UNC93A antibody, even at a dilution of 1:100. These results indicate that while the overexpression construct is successfully expressed, the antibody does not recognize UNC93A under the conditions used for Western blotting.
  • Robust CD80 Detection with BioLegend BV421™

This antibody performed exceptionally well in our studies, demonstrating strong specificity, consistent staining, and excellent reproducibility across experiments.
