LRRC70 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein leucine rich repeat containing 70, which is encoded by the LRRC70 gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 622 residues and a mass of 70.3 kDa. It is known to be localized in the membrane and is reported to be expressed at low levels in many tissues, including smooth muscle, brain, uterus, pancreas, cartilage, adipose, spleen and testis. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 70 and synleurin.
There are LRRC70 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
