These SEMA4 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of SEMA4 in biological samples. SEMA4 is an alias of the human SEMA3F gene, which encodes the protein, semaphorin 3F. Notably, SEMA4 is known to play a role in axon guidance and the regulation of cell migration, among other functions. The SEMA3F protein is 785 amino acid residues in length and 88.4 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 2 protein isoforms have been identified. It is known to be a secreted protein. In terms of tissue specificity, it is noted to be expressed abundantly but differentially in a variety of neural and nonneural tissues. This protein is known to be glycosylated. Other names for this target antigen include SEMA-IV and SEMAK. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
