NAP1L1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein nucleosome assembly protein 1 like 1, which is encoded by the NAP1L1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a histone chaperone that plays a role in the nuclear import of H2A-H2B and nucleosome assembly. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 391 residues, a mass of 45.4 kDa, and is a member of the Nucleosome assembly protein (NAP) protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include NAP1L, NRP, HSP22-like protein interacting protein, NAP-1-related protein, and NAP1.
Some NAP1L1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
