IDI1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein isopentenyl-diphosphate delta isomerase 1, which is encoded by the IDI1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to catalyze the 1,3-allylic rearrangement of the homoallylic substrate isopentenyl (IPP) to its highly electrophilic allylic isomer, dimethylallyl diphosphate (DMAPP). The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 227 residues, a mass of 26.3 kDa, and is a member of the IPP isomerase type 1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the peroxisomes. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include IPPI1, IPP isomerase 1, isopentenyl diphosphate dimethylallyl diphosphate isomerase 1, isopentenyl pyrophosphate isomerase 1, and IPP1.
There are IDI1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 78 pg/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
