HIBADH ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein 3-hydroxyisobutyrate dehydrogenase, which is encoded by the HIBADH gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 336 residues, a mass of 35.3 kDa, and is a member of the HIBADH-related protein family. It is known to be localized in the mitochondria and is notably expressed in skin fibroblasts. Other alias names for this target include 3-hydroxyisobutyrate dehydrogenase, mitochondrial, 3'-hydroxyisobutyrate dehydrogenase, epididymis secretory sperm binding protein, and NS5ATP1.
Some HIBADH ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 50 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
