LAMP3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein lysosomal associated membrane protein 3, which is encoded by the LAMP3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in adaptive immune responses and the regulation of apoptosis. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 416 residues, a mass of 44.3 kDa, and is a member of the LAMP protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasmic vesicles and lysosomes and is notably expressed in tonsil interdigitating dendritic cells, in spleen, lymph node, Peyer's patches in the small instestine, in thymus medulla and in B-cells. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include DC LAMP, DC-LAMP, DCLAMP, LAMP, TSC403, and CD208.
There are LAMP3 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 31.25 pg/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
