TNFRSF17 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein TNF receptor superfamily member 17, which is encoded by the TNFRSF17 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known receptor for TNFSF13B/BLyS/BAFF and TNFSF13/APRIL. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 184 residues and a mass of 20.2 kDa. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is reported to be expressed in mature B-cells, but not in T-cells or monocytes. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include BCMA, CD269, TNFRSF13A, tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 17, B cell maturation antigen, and BCM.
Some TNFRSF17 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 3 ng/L and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
