IL1R1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein interleukin 1 receptor type 1, which is encoded by the IL1R1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known receptor for IL1A, IL1B and IL1RN. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 569 residues, a mass of 65.4 kDa, and is a member of the Interleukin-1 receptor protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is secreted and is reported to be expressed in T-helper cell subsets. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated, cleaved and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include D2S1473, IL-1R-alpha, IL-1RT1, IL1R, IL1RA, P80, CD121 antigen-like family member A, and CD121A.
Some IL1R1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 6 pg/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
