GZMA ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein granzyme A, which is encoded by the GZMA gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in the apoptotic pathway and immune response pathways. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 262 residues, a mass of 29 kDa, and is a member of the Peptidase S1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm and is secreted. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include HFSP, CTL tryptase, Cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated serine esterase-3, Granzyme A (Cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated serine esterase-3; Hanukah factor serine protease), and CTLA3.
There are GZMA ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.625 pg/mL and as high as 100 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
