CYP1A2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein cytochrome P450 family 1 subfamily A member 2, which is encoded by the CYP1A2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a cytochrome P450 monooxygenase involved in the metabolism of various endogenous substrates, including fatty acids, steroid hormones and vitamins. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 516 residues, a mass of 58.4 kDa, and is a member of the Cytochrome P450 protein family. It is known to be localized in the ER and is notably expressed in the liver. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include CYPIA2, P3-450, P450(PA), cytochrome P450 1A2, P450 form 4, and CP12.
Some CYP1A2 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 10 ng/L and as high as 100 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
