BRCC3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein BRCA1/BRCA2-containing complex subunit 3, which is encoded by the BRCC3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a reported metalloprotease that specifically cleaves 'Lys-63'-linked polyubiquitin chains. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 316 residues, a mass of 36.1 kDa, and is a member of the Peptidase M67A protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm. As many as 5 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include BRCA1-A complex subunit BRCC36, BRCA1/BRCA2-containing complex subunit 36, BRISC complex subunit BRCC36, and lys-63-specific deubiquitinase BRCC36.
Some BRCC3 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 20 ng/L and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
