ABCC3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ATP binding cassette subfamily C member 3, which is encoded by the ABCC3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be an aTP-dependent transporter of the ATP-binding cassette (ABC) family that binds and hydrolyzes ATP to enable active transport of various substrates including many drugs, toxicants and endogenous compound across cell membranes. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1527 residues, a mass of 169.3 kDa, and is a member of the ABCC protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is reported to be mainly expressed in the liver. As many as 5 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include EST90757, MLP2, MOAT-D, MRP3, cMOAT2, and ABC31.
There are ABCC3 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 78 pg/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
