NMUR1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein neuromedin U receptor 1, which is encoded by the NMUR1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known receptor for the neuromedin-U and neuromedin-S neuropeptides. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 426 residues, a mass of 47.4 kDa, and is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is reported to be expressed in greatest abundance in peripheral organs, particularly in elements of the gastrointestinal and urogenital systems with highest levels in testes. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include FM-3, FM3, GPC-R, GPR66, NMU1R, G-protein coupled receptor 66, G-protein coupled receptor FM-3, and (FM-3).
Some NMUR1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.05 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
