PDCL3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein phosducin like 3, which is encoded by the PDCL3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to act as a chaperone for the angiogenic VEGF receptor KDR/VEGFR2, increasing its abundance by inhibiting its ubiquitination and degradation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 239 residues, a mass of 27.6 kDa, and is a member of the Phosducin protein family. It is known to be localized in the ER and cytoplasm and is reported to be expressed in endothelial cells. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally acetylated. Other alias names for this target include IAP-associated factor VIAF1, VIAF-1, phPL3, viral IAP-associated factor 1, and phosducin-like protein 3.
Some PDCL3 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
