IL1RL1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein interleukin 1 receptor like 1, which is encoded by the IL1RL1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known receptor for interleukin-33 (IL-33); signaling requires association of the coreceptor IL1RAP. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 556 residues, a mass of 63.4 kDa, and is a member of the Interleukin-1 receptor protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is secreted and is reported to be highly expressed in kidney, lung, placenta, stomach, skeletal muscle, colon and small intestine. As many as 4 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include FIT-1, IL33R, ST2, ST2L, ST2V, T1, growth stimulation-expressed, and DER4.
The detection range for different IL1RL1 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 1.646 pg/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
