HEXIM1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein HEXIM P-TEFb complex subunit 1, which is encoded by the HEXIM1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a reported transcriptional regulator which functions as a general RNA polymerase II transcription inhibitor. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 359 residues, a mass of 40.6 kDa, and is a member of the HEXIM protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is widely expressed across many tissue types. Other alias names for this target include EDG1, HIS1, MAQ1, protein HEXIM1, HMBA-inducible, and CLP1.
Some HEXIM1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 20 ng/L and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
