UBR2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ubiquitin protein ligase E3 component n-recognin 2, which is encoded by the UBR2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in spermatogenesis. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1755 residues, a mass of 200.5 kDa, and is a member of the UBR1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is widely expressed across many tissues, with highest levels in skeletal muscle, kidney and pancreas. As many as 4 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include bA49A4.1, dJ242G1.1, dJ392M17.3, E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase UBR2, RING-type E3 ubiquitin transferase UBR2, and C6orf133.
There are UBR2 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.313 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
