MAGI1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein membrane associated guanylate kinase, WW and PDZ domain containing 1, which is encoded by the MAGI1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to play a role as scaffolding protein at cell-cell junctions. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 1491 residues and a mass of 164.6 kDa. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is reported to be widely expressed with the exception of skeletal muscle. As many as 7 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include AIP3, BAIAP1, BAP-1, BAP1, MAGI-1b, Magi1d, TNRC19, and AIP-3.
Some Magi1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
