TMED1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein transmembrane p24 trafficking protein 1, which is encoded by the TMED1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is suspected to have a role in vesicular protein trafficking, mainly in the early secretory pathway. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 227 residues, a mass of 25.2 kDa, and is a member of the EMP24/GP25L protein family. It is known to be localized in the ER, golgi, and cell membrane and is widely expressed across many tissue types. Other alias names for this target include Il1rl1l, Tp24, p24g1, transmembrane emp24 domain-containing protein 1, IL1RL1-binding protein, and IL1RL1LG.
Some TMED1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 50 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
