SRGAP3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein SLIT-ROBO Rho GTPase activating protein 3, which is encoded by the SRGAP3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a GTPase-activating protein for RAC1 and perhaps Cdc42, but not for RhoA small GTPase. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 1099 residues and a mass of 124.5 kDa. It is reported to be highly expressed in adult and fetal brain. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include MEGAP, SRGAP2, WRP, WAVE-associated Rac GTPase activating protein, mental disorder-associated GAP, and ARHGAP14.
There are SRGAP3 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.313 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
