NAV1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein neuron navigator 1, which is encoded by the NAV1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is suspected to be involved in neuronal migration. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1877 residues, a mass of 202.5 kDa, and is a member of the Nav/unc-53 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm. As many as 7 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include pore membrane and/or filament interacting like protein 3 and unc-53 homolog 1.
Some NAV1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
