LTK ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein leukocyte receptor tyrosine kinase, which is encoded by the LTK gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known receptor with a tyrosine-protein kinase activity. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 864 residues, a mass of 91.7 kDa, and is a member of the Tyr protein kinase protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is reported to be expressed in non-hematopoietic cell lines and T- and B-cell lines. As many as 5 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated and glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include leukocyte tyrosine kinase receptor, protein tyrosine kinase 1, and TYK1.
Some LTK ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
