CYTIP ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein cytohesin 1 interacting protein, which is encoded by the CYTIP gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 359 residues and a mass of 40 kDa. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm and is reported to be expressed in lymph nodes, thymus, spleen, lung, peripheral blood leukocytes and bone marrow. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include B3-1 and CASP.
Some CYTIP ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 7 ng/L and as high as 200 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
