GLIPR1L1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein GLIPR1 like 1, which is encoded by the GLIPR1L1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be required for optimal fertilization at the stage of sperm-oocyte fusion, plays a role in optimizing acrosome function, the translocation of IZUMO1 during the acrosome reaction and the fertilization process. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 242 residues, a mass of 27.2 kDa, and is a member of the CRISP protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasmic vesicles, cell membrane, and is secreted and is reported to be highly expressed in testis. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally N-glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include GLIPR1-like protein 1 and GLI pathogenesis related 1 like 1.
There are GLIPR1L1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.05 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
