ST18 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ST18 C2H2C-type zinc finger transcription factor, which is encoded by the ST18 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a reported repressor that binds to DNA sequences containing a bipartite element consisting of a direct repeat of the sequence 5'-AAAGTTT-3' separated by 2-9 nucleotides. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1047 residues, a mass of 115.2 kDa, and is a member of the MYT1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. Other alias names for this target include NZF3, ZC2H2C3, ZC2HC10, ZNF387, suppression of tumorigenicity 18 protein, and NZF-3.
The detection range for different ST18 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
