These ELC ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of ELC in biological samples. ELC is an alias of the human CCL19 gene, which encodes the protein, C-C motif chemokine ligand 19. Notably, ELC is known to play a role in TNF-mediated cellular signaling pathways and viral immune response, among other functions. The CCL19 protein is described to be 98 amino acid residues in length and 11 kilodaltons in mass. It is known to be a secreted protein. In terms of tissue specificity, it is notably expressed at high levels in the lymph nodes, thymus and appendix. Other names for this target antigen include CKb11 and MIP-3b.
