These pUb-R5 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of pUb-R5 in biological samples. pUb-R5 is an alias of the human PSMD4 gene, which encodes the protein, proteasome 26S subunit ubiquitin receptor, non-ATPase 4. The protein is a known component of the 26S proteasome, a multiprotein complex involved in the ATP-dependent degradation of ubiquitinated proteins. The PSMD4 protein is 377 amino acid residues in length and 40.7 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 2 protein isoforms have been identified. Other names for this target antigen include AF, AF-1, and ASF. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
