These Galectin 10 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of Galectin 10 in biological samples. Galectin 10 is an alias of the human CLC gene, which encodes the protein, Charcot-Leyden crystal galectin. The protein is reported to regulate immune responses through the recognition of cell-surface glycans. The CLC protein is described to be 142 amino acid residues in length and 16.5 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is noted to be expressed abundantly in the bone marrow. Other names for this target antigen include GAL10, Gal-10, and LGALS10.
Some Galectin 10 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.15 ng/mL and as high as 100 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
